Managing your online orders has never been easier!

The problem
It all started when I was ordering a ton of stuff online- Every day a different courier would show up and I couldn't even remember what I had ordered, what was supposed to arrive, and when.
I’v tried to find an app that organized all orders in one place- and couldn't find one- I realized there was something worth looking into here.
The solution
An app that consolidates all of my online orders - it gathers all the relevant data and displays it clearly and conveniently for tracking.
It automatically integrates with your credit card- no need to manually input orders. The app helps you track each and every order, home delivery, and even combining family members' orders into one place.
Not a persona- a person
We're all constantly ordering online - from groceries and clothes to gadgets and, well, everything else. We're familiar with the challenge of tracking our packages - how many are on their way? Where's that order number? When is my package supposed to arrive? Where do I need to pick it up from?

Research
I conducted 30 interviews to understand the needs, goals, and pain points of potential app users for tracking online orders.
They were asked a series of questions such as: How frequently do you place online orders? What methods do you currently use to track your orders? What are your main challenges when tracking and collecting online orders? What features would you like to see in an order tracking app?
What i discover?

56% place online orders once a week - at any given moment there is at least one package on its way to them

When asked how they check how many packages are on the way to them - all respondents answered: from memory

None of the respondents follow up using a dedicated app- Identifying a deficiency
competitors analysis
I examined several significant players in the field and chose two that particularly stand out due to their automatic integration capability. While all other competitors require manual input of order numbers, these two automatically interface with orders (via email). Therefore, I focused my analysis on them.

Design Process
App-lication

No. 1
OPTIMALLY ORGANIZE THE INFORMATION
This was the most difficult screen to crack - there are many important details to fit into such a small space. I used font size, different colors, tags, logo, and an icon while maximizing the use of space.

No. 2
EASY AND CONVENIENT ORDER TRACKING
I wanted that tracking a package will be easy and clear- so the order number is clickable and can be shared or copied, the shipping process is very clear and simple and easy to understand, full details of my order for max convenience and other useful links for the user.
No. 3
UTILIZING COMMUNITY POWER FOR PICK UP
Using the community power to make the pick up more efficient- showing the pick-up route - I can collect for others if I'm already going to pick, and others can do the same for me. How? Choose a user to collect for or choose someone else to collect my package for me.

After- thoughts
I created the app to fit the present day, but with an infrastructure that will adapt to the changing market.
The app itself, and as a concept, was designed to provide an adequate solution to a need that arose from the field - one umbrella that consolidates all of our online orders - an area that is taking up an increasingly wider market share.
Physical products will always need transportation, and only the shipping methods will change, so the concept will remain relevant even as the market transforms.
